• Please contact us at support@hedyjp.com within 2 days. Returns won't be processed if it is over 2 days after receiving the items. Merchandise must be returned within 2 days after receiving reply from us.

• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. It must be kept in the original condition.

• Merchandise must have all tags attached. Where provided, any packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and dust boxes should be included in your return.

• Merchandise returned with a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund. Please add some filling material to avoid the product being damaged.

• Please Note: Shipping, handling charges , custom duty and gift wrapping fee are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. Please follow the return advice in the email we replied to you .

• Final Sale items may not be returned.

• Hedy reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

Merchandise returned to Hedyjp.com will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed.

Can I change an item with Hedyjp.com?

Hedyjp.com cannot accommodate automatic exchanges at this time. Please return the original item for a refund and a new purchase can then be placed on Hedyjp.com.
