How do I place an order?
Please make a purchases directly through hedyjp.com.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Merchandise that have not yet shipped can be cancelled by contacting 813-6455-0419 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Orders for items immediately available cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been successfully submitted. We advise you to follow the return instructions , or refuse the shipment upon delivery, and it will be returned to our attention.
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once it arrives to our warehouse.
What are the benefits of creating a Hedy account?
Creating a Hedy account allows you to:
(1) save points from the purchase and they could be used for the next purchase;
(2) store shipping and billing addresses to expedite your checkout;
(3) easily access your current order details and history;
(4) save credit card information to expedite checkout;
Please note: You must register if you choose Alipay. Or we couldn't receive your order information to process the delivery. If such an order is placed, please contact us.
Order Processing And Cancellation
Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 7:00pm JST (Japan Standard Time) will begin processing on the following Monday(Expect from the holidays). Hedyjp.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if it is the first time you ordered by credit card, we need additional information for credit verification.
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on hedyjp.com, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will process this part of the refund and notify you via email.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Hedy accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:
Vista / Mater Card / JCB / American Express / Diners Club/ Alipay
Please note：Your billing information must match the information on your credit card statement.We will contact you for credit verification if it is your first order with purchasing by credit cart.
Can I use multiple methods of payment?
At this time we only accept one (1) form of payment per order.
