We accept return item with pleasure when you email us within 2 days from the arrival day.
No matter what, we cannot accept cancels.

About Steps For Returning
1. Contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 working days after you receive your purchase, we will get back to you an email.
Under no circumstances, no late refund application would be accepted. We would also appreciate if you would provide details on how we can serve you better service in the future.
2.Pack your purchase.
Make sure the product(s) is/ are in the same/clean condition as you receive; Hedy official tag, accessories that come with the item like dust bag, lock, etc.). If the product(s) is/ are not in the same/clean condition before we ship, we are not able to issue the refund.
3.Ship items back to us within 5 days after you contact us by email.
Please ship back your purchase to address which is indicated in our return process email.
4.Provide us a tracking no.
Please tell us the tracking no. by email email@example.com within 2 days after you have shipped the item.
5.Await your refund.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us as soon as we receive your purchase back. After checking the item condition, you will be issued a refund for the original sales price (*shipping and administrative fees are not included) via paypal or bank transfer within 2 working days.
